Holistic is a Sacred Journey of 4-months where we walk, shape & sculpt this program together. The needs of your journey will be the center of this program and will be monitored & documented continuously.
Commitment, consciousness, taking responsibility for your processes and being open about reflections are key for participation. For the purpose of your process and the integrity of this program it's important that you’re willing to share about your inner world with us. To raise your personal frequency and to serve a higher cause that goes beyond oneself. And is always connected and infused with Integrity, Safety & Sacredness.. We'll support and guide you through the whole process.
In addition to a number of questions about your participation in this program, this form also asks information about known medical conditions and/or the use of medication (if applicable). The possibility of definitive participation will be screened per registration. Please fill in the questionnaire truthfully and as accurately as possible.
Your registration is final after screening your filled in intake form and when you have been confirmed that you can participate in this program. And after the (down) payment.

Holistic is een Sacred Journey van 4 maanden. Dit programma doen en maken we samen door invulling te geven aan waar behoefte ligt en waar aandacht aan dient te worden gegeven. De behoeften van je innerlijke reis zullen centraal staan in dit programma en zullen continu worden gemonitord en worden vastgelegd.
Betrokkenheid, bewustzijn, verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor je processen en open zijn over reflecties zijn sleutelwoorden voor deelname. Voor jouw proces en de integriteit van dit programma is het belangrijk dat je bereid bent om over je innerlijke wereld met ons te delen. Om je persoonlijke frequentie te verhogen en een hoger doel te dienen die verder gaat dan jezelf. En is altijd verbonden en doordrenkt met Integriteit, Veiligheid & Heiligheid.. Wij ondersteunen en begeleiden je door het hele proces.
Naast een aantal vragen over je deelname aan dit programma, wordt in dit formulier ook informatie gevraagd over bekende medische aandoeningen en/of het gebruik van medicijnen (indien van toepassing). Per inschrijving wordt gescreend op mogelijkheid van definitieve deelname. Vul de vragenlijst naar waarheid en zo nauwkeurig mogelijk in.
Je inschrijving is definitief na screening van je ingevulde intake formulier en als je bevestig hebt ontvangen dat je aan dit programma kunt deelnemen. En na de (aan)betaling.
